About the Role
The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs is seeking a loving and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join their growing childcare team. This role is crucial in creating a joyful environment and helping young learners reach developmental milestones through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for toddlers.
- Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, and early learning activities.
- Build loving relationships with children, families, and co-teachers.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
- Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of childcare experience.
- Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.
