About the Role

As a Senior Product Growth Manager for AI Products, you will own a critical slice of Rippling's future: driving adoption and revenue growth for our AI-powered features and products across our customer base. You will establish the marketing strategy to grow adoption and utilization KPIs, work hand-in-hand with customer experience, product, and engineering to bring that strategy to life, and build the programs and campaigns that deliver real impact. Your work will directly influence product adoption, expansion revenue, and net dollar retention, each of which has a significant impact on Rippling's enterprise value. Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign strategy across a variety of channels including email, in-app ads, and product experiments.
  • Deeply understand Rippling's AI products and the pain points they solve to conceptualize customer journeys and write high-urgency copy that maximize adoption and usage growth.
  • Scale demand-generation and growth channels, uncover new opportunities from data and qualitative signals, and continuously optimize our AI growth engine.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, managing AI product growth programs from launch through reporting, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Define audiences and behavioral triggers, project manage copy and creative development, and own results reporting.
  • Build and manage relationships, partnering closely with internal teams across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, customer experience, product and AI engineering to drive cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Proactively share insights across the organization, ensuring cross-functional alignment by keeping stakeholders informed on performance, building shared priorities, and translating AI product signals into actionable growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven role such as product growth, CRO, or demand generation at a high-growth startup, or PMM / Go-to-Market roles -ideally with exposure to AI or technical product marketing.
  • Experience analyzing data to drive business strategy, translating both quantitative data (SQL, Excel) and qualitative observations into actionable insights.
  • Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills to drive initiatives spanning marketing, customer success, data science, engineering, product, brand, and marketing ops.
  • A hacker's mentality with structured problem-solving skills.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex AI capabilities into compelling, accessible messaging.
  • Proactively dive deep into quantitative and qualitative signals throughout the funnel to find challenges and solutions.
  • Bias to speed and ability to set a similar pace for your product area.
