About the Role
This is a temporary seasonal role through January 10th, 2027, focused on creating memorable and fun customer experiences while embodying brand values and maintaining store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, creating memorable and fun customer experiences.
- Embody Cotton On values and champion foundations to positively impact communities.
- Maintain store appearance through merchandising and replenishment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and celebrate successes.
Requirements
- Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively to drive results.
- Understanding of basic Retail principles including sales, stock, and service delivery.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel.
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
