About the Role
Float is building out its next stage of growth operations. As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll own the systems, programs, and operating rhythms that take a prospect from first touch to active, spending customer. You’ll build, not inherit. You’ll partner with Sales, BDR, Marketing Ops, Finance, Product, and Customer Success leadership to turn strategy into repeatable programs that improve pipeline quality, conversion, and activation.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the end-to-end sales-acquired customer journey, from prospecting to activation.
- Own and optimize the Acquisition operating system, including outbound cadences, playbooks, and funnel performance.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize the acquisition tech stack, driving adoption across BDR and AE teams.
- Own pipeline health, including coverage ratios, stage conversion, and win/loss analysis.
- Build and own forecasting and quota-setting for sales-acquired TPV.
- Build scalable territory and account-assignment programs for BDR/AE capacity.
- Partner with BDR/AE leadership on reporting cadences, monetization levers, operating rhythms, and performance metrics.
- Own streamlining handoffs between Marketing, BDR, AE, and Customer Activation teams.
- Translate fragmented pipeline and activation data into recommendations for Sales and GTM leadership.
- Identify and automate manual BDR/AE work to increase selling time.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar with end-to-end ownership of a sales-acquired pipeline.
- Experience in a consumption/usage-based business where activation drives revenue is an asset.
- Proven track record building outbound and sales programs with measured impact on business outcomes.
- Hands-on Salesforce and sales-engagement tooling experience.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable turning fragmented data into a forecast leadership can trust.
- Prefer building a new process over inheriting a mature one.
- Background in owning systems behind BDR/AE execution, not just execution itself.
- Enjoy building what generates pipeline metrics, not just reporting on them.
