Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and communications, ensuring customer needs are met with urgency and care.
Manage multiple orders, schedules, and priorities, coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
Set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the Central Dispatch team.
Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions for operational efficiency.
Manage customer inquiries and address delivery or quality issues, turning problems into opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members for seamless communication.
Uphold all safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to strategic planning and process enhancements.
