About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Endor Labs, you will be instrumental in connecting our innovative team with a diverse customer base. You will educate customers on Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security, become an expert on our product suite, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape customer outcomes. Your role will also involve guiding customers through onboarding to ensure successful adoption and achievement of their security and development objectives.
Responsibilities
- Elevate awareness about Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security.
- Become the go-to expert and evangelist for our supply chain security product suite.
- Showcase our solutions in a way that speaks directly to the needs and challenges of our customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions that address customer challenges.
- Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the Endor Labs solution.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role.
- Experience with technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and leading evaluations.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development workflows, and DevOps tooling.
- Comfortable engaging deeply with engineering teams and understanding how modern applications are built and deployed.
- Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles.
- Understanding of the importance of securing developer workflows and modern cloud-native environments.
- Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems.
- Ability to meet developers where they are and flex programming skills.
- Experience engaging with technical customers at an Enterprise level.
- Ability to articulate complex solutions and operate in a sales cycle.
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies and understand how things work.
- Ability to thrive in a team setting and value diversity and inclusion.
- Action-oriented approach to solving customer problems.
