About the Role
The Retail Sales Representative enjoys a fast-paced and high energy environment, serving as the connection between the customer and the T-Mobile brand. This role requires a passion for the wireless industry, deep product knowledge, and a focus on building long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provides world-class customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing needs.
- Drives monthly revenue goals through customer acquisition, account maximization, and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Builds relationships with employees and customers across all business channels.
- Assists with store operations, including cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintains store appearance and individual work area according to retail standards.
- Explores customer needs and provides support with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacements, accessory sales, plan changes, and upgrades.
- Achieves assigned performance metrics.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
- Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
