About the Role
The Plumbing Install Helper assists in the installation of plumbing systems for residential and/or commercial customers. This role may also include troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of plumbing systems, while maintaining good customer relations and applying technical skills and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean, working condition.
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout service phases.
- Perform manual excavation and assist with plumbing material installations (under supervision).
- Help prepare work sites as directed by supervisors.
- Represent the company when interacting with city officials.
Requirements
- Assist with the installation of water heaters, tankless heaters, and associated water system products.
- Prior plumbing experience installing water heaters is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
