About the Role

Our branch banking roles offer a welcoming and inclusive team environment where you are empowered every day to help our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for management of the branch; leading all facets of sales, service and operations of the branch; coaching on existing processes, leading the team in achieving budgeted production goals, acquiring new consumer and business customers; initiating referrals to partners, and deepening all existing customer relationships proactively driving business inside and outside of the branch; and responsible for consistent business development and calling program.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers.
Lead the process of referring customers to other areas of the bank to meet customer needs, deepen relationships, and build strong internal partnerships.
Lead the team in providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Leverage available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
Maintain knowledge and educate the team on all products, services, technology, and policies.
Maintain active involvement in the community and develop key business and community relationships.
Develop key internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the assigned market is staffed with suitable colleagues.
Garner resources required to support the team.
Manage the overall operations of the branch, adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Understand branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
Demonstrate acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
Must provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
