About the Role
Big Mamma Group is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie, hot section, to join their dynamic kitchen team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of their Italian restaurants, ensuring delicious food is prepared and served with energy and precision.
Responsibilities
- Run the Hot Section during prep and service
- Prepare dishes from scratch, following recipes and standards
- Keep section organised, clean, and service-ready
- Support and train new team members
- Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service
- Lead by example with energy, precision, and a problem-solving mindset
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the team during busy services
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
