About the Role

As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact. We're looking for an ownership-driven Procurement Manager for the Procurement team at one of our Ecosystem Companies. You will find, onboard, and negotiate with suppliers across Europe and globally, and use data and automation to make the supply chain faster, cheaper, and more reliable.

Responsibilities

Source and negotiate with suppliers
Find, contact, and onboard new suppliers across Europe and globally
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts for significant procurement spend (€1M+)
Build strong supplier relationships that support growth and reliable supply
Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance
Create and carry out plans for operational growth and efficiency that align with company-wide objectives
Track market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing, and adjust the strategy accordingly
Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation
Work with Sales and Operations to solve problems and improve processes through automation and data
Monitor performance data and KPIs and turn them into insights for the end-to-end supply chain
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain contracting
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset, with independent problem-solving in fast-moving environments
Genuine interest in technology-driven change and in how AI can reshape global supply chains
