About the Role
We are seeking a Designer driven by creative excellence, with expertise across the design process. You will be instrumental in creating outstanding work and shaping the creative direction of projects through a thoughtful approach. This role requires a broad skill set including digital design, art direction, and strategic thinking, alongside strong conceptual, creative, and communication abilities, a passion for craft, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Designers and the strategic lead to develop compelling creative concepts.
- Contribute to and influence the strategic approach by leveraging cultural insights.
- Think holistically about creative solutions beyond visual outcomes and communicate this thought process effectively.
- Demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking, and innovative creative solutions with a strong conceptual point of view.
Requirements
- Respond quickly and accurately to client feedback, exceeding expectations.
- Cultivate partnerships with Project Managers to ensure team unity and transparency.
- Confidently support client presentations in an engaging and eloquent manner.
- Articulate your point of view clearly through verbal, written, and creative methods.
- Bring insight, opinions, and a broad cultural perspective to positively influence creative outcomes.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the design landscape and process.
- Ability to multitask across multiple workstreams.
