About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Makaro, you will be a key part of our store team, actively contributing to making the Makaro spirit tangible in daily operations. You will take on responsibility, maintain an overview, and support both your team and the smooth running of the store, ensuring a special shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face and voice of Makaro in the store, conveying the Makaro spirit to customers.
• Actively advise customers and sell our jewelry.
• Serve as a key point of contact for your local team.
• Assist in organizing the daily store operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
• Support with shift planning, benefiting from flexible working hours.
• Ensure an appealing presentation of our jewelry in the store.

Requirements

• Open, positive, and enjoy approaching people.
• Work independently, are reliable, and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Are a team player and actively support colleagues.
• Have very good German language skills; other languages are a plus.
• Ideally have previous experience in sales or a similar role.
