About the Role
As a Team Lead in the Makaro Store, you will represent the Makaro brand, embodying its spirit and introducing customers to the brand. You will actively advise customers and sell jewelry, serving as the primary point of contact for the local team and ensuring internal processes are followed. You will also be responsible for the monthly shift schedule, store decoration, and presentation of jewelry, as well as supporting customer and press events.
Responsibilities
- Actively advise customers and sell jewelry in the Makaro Store.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the local team regarding any questions.
- Ensure internal processes are followed.
- Be responsible for the monthly shift schedule.
- Oversee the decoration and presentation of jewelry in the store.
- Support customer and press events in the store.
Requirements
- Open-minded, cheerful, and confident in approaching people.
- Independent and goal-oriented, yet a team player.
- Reliable and responsible.
- Excellent German language skills; other language skills are a plus.
- Ideally, experience in customer contact and team leadership.
