About the Role
RSM US is seeking consulting professionals to join their practice management team as a Consulting Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions, industry best practices, business processes, and technology designs. This role is crucial for delivering client implementation projects and leading functional areas, ensuring successful project management, governance, solution architecture, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional areas of client implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Oversee solution architecture.
- Directly manage implementation teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Collaborate with implementation teams, clients, and internal support teams from requirements gathering to go-live.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC or previous versions.
- Management of at least two full lifecycle Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations or previous versions.
- Demonstrated success as a functional or technical lead of a Finance or Supply Chain D365 F&SC implementation.
- Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies.
- Deep knowledge in Core Business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
