About the Role
We are looking for a customer-facing individual with the ability to manage multiple client projects across a variety of products in the Data portfolio, UCaaS portfolio and telecoms sector. You will be someone who thrives in complex situations and possesses an ability to manage uncertainty and will engage and facilitate both internal teams and suppliers to ensure a clear path to success and supportability is always achieved. The Customer Project Manager is always expected to embrace and promote department and company strategy and values, leading junior staff by example. You will also own your learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Scoping, planning, resourcing, and initiating projects.
- Ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery, including risk and jeopardy management, to achieve completion within deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
- Creating, maintaining, and communicating all project documentation during the project lifecycle.
- Developing and agreeing Customer Communication Plans.
- Appropriately handing over the delivered solution to the Gamma Operational Teams upon project completion.
- Managing customer project billing and ensuring revenue is recognized in line with forecasted commitments.
Requirements
- Background in telecoms or data industry.
- Project delivery or implementation experience.
- Experience in developing and managing a broad suite of project documents in a project environment.
- Confident in hosting customer meetings and presentations with senior representatives of high-profile companies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage a virtual project team and associated resources.
- Supplier management experience is desirable.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Pass a basic DBS check.
