About the Role
Ace & Tate is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in London Duke Street, working 32 hours per week. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in creating a high-performing team and a welcoming store environment, overseeing daily operations, and tracking KPIs to achieve sales and service targets.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with the Store Manager to create a motivated, high-performing team and a welcoming store environment.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Help track KPIs and support the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.
- Guide customers through the eye test journey with care and expertise.
- Assist customers in choosing the right frames and lenses.
- Carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting.

Salary/Compensations
- £32,500 – £39,000 per year
- Up to 16% monthly bonus when store targets are reached.
