About the Role
Fundraising keeps opera alive at the Metropolitan Opera! We are seeking phone representatives to help us reach our goals by raising funds from our loyal constituents. This is a great opportunity to work for the largest performing arts organization and gain experience working at one of the finest opera companies in the world. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to donors and ticket holders to raise funds and sell ticket packages.
- Record call information into the Met’s database.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and/or serious appreciation of the performing arts required.
- Some knowledge of opera preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection.
