About the Role
rEvolution is seeking a talented Art Director to create strategic and compelling designs across various platforms and media. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative solutions to support client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Partner and collaborate with the creative team and integrated teammates to concept, refine, and execute creative marketing across media.
- Develop and present creative work.
- Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development.
- Push the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation.
- Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace.
- Take on additional duties that support the agency, department, and program goals.
- Display an interest and enthusiasm for sports, fandom, events, and pop culture.
Requirements
- A portfolio of produced work.
- 2+ years experience working full-time within creative marketing.
- Stylish, contemporary, and flexible design ability.
- An open mind and an eagerness to hear and incorporate feedback and revisions.
- Comfort across the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Attention to detail and diligence balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Savvy understanding of social media, promotions, advertising, and media.
- Confidence in sharing and presenting your thinking and ideas.
- Willingness to travel on occasion.
- Bonus if you've worked in experiential marketing, designing large-scale graphics for footprints.
