About the Role
Smollan is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent Mondelez brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts. This role is ideal for confident, proactive individuals who enjoy working independently, building relationships, and making an impact in stores. Full training will be provided, and previous field marketing experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues.
- Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands within your territory.
- Communicate confidently and positively with people at all levels.
- Create eye-catching displays and promotional features.
- Ensure products are available, visible, and well presented for shoppers.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand presence and availability.
- Plan and manage your own store visits.
- Work independently and take ownership of your activity.
- Identify opportunities and use your initiative to get the best results.
- Share insights and feedback from your stores.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Access to your own car is essential.
- Demonstrates initiative, confidence, charisma, and a growth mindset.
- Enjoys being out and about, representing leading brands, and taking pride in getting things done.
