About the Role
As a part of the Rose Bakery Front of House team, you will offer outstanding service to customers, process orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. We seek a confident, customer service-focused individual with barista training to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
- Serving customers drinks and food orders
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times
- Creating a warm and inviting environment for customers
- Working with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Supporting daily operational tasks and team goals
- Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- A team player, but who also has initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a full-time rota
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to work to set food service standards and guidelines and keep to that standard at all times through a positive attitude and hard work
- A professional and interested person ready to engage with customers and colleagues to deliver an exemplary experience and service
- A confident, friendly, proactive and hard-working approach
Skills
- Barista trained
- Strong coffee-making skills
- Understanding of specialty coffee standards
