About the Role
As a Working Student in Sales Development, you will support Sales Developers and colleagues within the DACH Sales Organization. You will work independently, focusing on customer and lead interaction, from acquisition and potential identification to contact, qualification, onboarding, and development of IONOS CLOUD customers.
Responsibilities
- Independently advise and pre-qualify companies and potential new customers by phone regarding the application possibilities of our cloud solutions in the B2B sector, with the goal of inspiring companies for our services.
- Communicate via phone, email, web chat, video conference, personal meetings, and events with customers and the team.
- Document, maintain, and evaluate sales figures using CRM and other web-based systems.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
- Initial practical experience in sales and/or IT (e.g., through previous internships) is advantageous.
- Enjoy active phone calls and possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different conversation partners and accurately identify their needs.
- Enjoy working in a diverse team, high IT affinity, and enthusiasm for learning new content.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are advantageous.
