About the Role
In your role as Lead Regional Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the pan-European operational support of our properties and the experience of our owners on-site. You will lead our regional management team in seven countries and also take on the support of properties in Germany yourself.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the regional management team in seven European countries
- Ensuring smooth operation of our properties and a 5* experience for our owners
- Further developing our SOPs and SLAs to continuously improve and scale services and processes
- Building new and maintaining existing, trusting relationships with regional service providers on-site
- Taking over the Regional Manager role for Germany, including operational support of properties and coordination of on-site service providers
- Regular on-site quality assurance of properties and service providers in all destinations
Requirements
- At least seven years of professional experience in the hotel industry, holiday property management, or a comparable operational environment
- Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in an international or decentralized setup
- Very good understanding of property operations and service provider management
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented, and reliable manner in a dynamic environment
- Strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility, with a hands-on approach when the situation requires it
- Fluent German and English language skills; additional foreign languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are an advantage
- Experience using AI tools to simplify daily work
- Willingness to travel regularly to our destinations and properties
