About the Role
As a Senior Tech Consultant, you will manage and implement technology-oriented projects from concept to successful implementation, analyze and evaluate technical systems, and identify and improve technical and operational processes. You will collaborate closely with Tech, Product, and Business teams, and provide strategic alignment with the COO.
Responsibilities
- Steering and implementation of technology-oriented projects - from the concept phase to successful implementation
- Analysis and evaluation of technical systems, tools, and platforms for our clients
- Identification and improvement of technical and operational processes, including through AI & Automation
- Support with system selection and implementation of new technologies
- Close collaboration with Tech, Product, and Business teams as well as strategic alignment with the COO
- Responsibility for project success through active stakeholder management and management of external partners and service providers
Requirements
- Degree or training in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Product Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or comparable roles with a focus on Tech (including Data, AI, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for technology & digital business models, ideally with experience from a management consultancy, a tech startup, or a digital agency
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical and strategic content clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Native-level German and fluent English are a must
