About the Role
Agorapulse is seeking a Product Designer to transform ill-defined product problems into testable prototypes. This role is crucial for making informed decisions based on facts rather than intuition. The primary focus will be on the Conversation scope, which currently lacks a dedicated designer, while also ensuring a consistent user experience across the entire product.
Responsibilities
- Transform hypotheses into interactive interfaces, from sketches to prototypes integrated into the Angular codebase.
- Design features for your scope, from problem definition to specifications for developers.
- Define interface patterns for AI-driven features, including progressive display of responses, review and validation of suggestions, user control, and transparency of AI-generated content.
- Elevate the quality of mockups produced by Product Managers and bridge the gap between mockups and delivered screens.
- Utilize the design system precisely, identify its shortcomings, and contribute missing components.
- Test new design tools and make any beneficial tools reusable by the team to enhance velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design for B2B software or complex professional tools.
- Proficiency in reading code and selecting appropriate design tools (code prototyping, vibe coding, Figma, Lovable).
- Experience in designing and enhancing a design system.
- Daily use of AI tools with a well-reasoned opinion on their limitations.
- Autonomy and ability to switch between domains without extensive context setup.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
