About the Role
As a Product Designer on the H Platform, you will shape the future of agentic AI workflows. Your role involves making the platform truly useful and elevating its design to match its technological advancements, creating product experiences that deliver tangible value within organizations.
Responsibilities
- Constantly engage with users to understand their needs and identify platform utility.
- Translate user insights into research and explorations, examining problems from multiple perspectives.
- Select appropriate tools for tasks, including Figma designs, prototypes, or code for quick changes.
- Test designs with users, measure impact through methods like A/B testing and user interviews, and iterate based on learnings.
- Collaborate with the entire team, including engineers and PMs, to shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Possess 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in tech companies.
- Demonstrate excellent UX, UI, and interaction design skills, simplifying complex technical flows.
- Provide a portfolio showcasing recent work.
- Have hands-on experience with user testing and A/B testing.
- Understand when to use proven solutions and when to innovate.
- Experience designing complex data or ML/AI-driven products, making systems understandable and designing for unpredictable AI behavior.
- Be comfortable in technical discussions with engineers and researchers.
- Be fluent in Figma.
- Be able to work within and contribute to a design system.
