About the Role
Flexxon is seeking a hands-on, experienced Software Engineer to join their R&D team. This role involves designing and building in-house products and intelligent solutions, translating business requirements into robust software and AI-powered applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop desktop applications, RESTful web APIs, and AI-enabled software solutions.
- Develop, integrate, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent features into production systems.
- Participate in requirements analysis, architecture design, and project planning with cross-functional R&D teams.
- Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing codebases and software components.
- Produce clean, well-documented code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively across teams with a focus on problem-solving, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong knowledge in full-cycle application, frontend UI/UX and backend API development.
- Knowledge and experience in AI/ML modeling and integrating AI models into software applications.
- Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and system integration (APIs, SDKs, services).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
