About the Role
Join the Daylesford Organic Pimlico team as a Café Team Member in a beautiful, welcoming café serving a fresh, organic farm-to-fork menu. You'll work alongside a supportive, friendly team who will provide full training, ensuring you deliver an exceptional experience to every guest. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-led environment where quality, sustainability, and seasonal produce are central.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, attentive service to every guest, ensuring a welcoming and memorable café experience.
- Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks with care, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Take orders, prepare drinks, and support food service in line with Daylesford standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting café environment.
- Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service, clear communication, and seamless coordination.
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Learn and uphold Daylesford’s service standards, values, and attention to detail.
- Support seasonal menu changes, promotions, and special events.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised and attentive to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Willingness to learn and follow Daylesford service standards and café procedures.
- Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine interest in organic produce, sustainability, and the Daylesford ethos.
