About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join Eye Security at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across Europe. This role is an opportunity to help build and scale a Talent Acquisition function that acts as a true strategic partner to the business, focusing on quality and continuously raising the bar in hiring.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels.
- Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimize recruitment performance.
- Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements.
