About the Role
As a Site Manager for Electrical Installations, you will oversee large-scale projects in data centers, industrial facilities, retail, and logistics. You will lead and guide on-site teams, ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations, and coordinate with other trades and project management.
Responsibilities
- Site management of electrical installations on large construction sites in data centers, industry, retail, and logistics.
- Technical leadership and guidance of fitters and subcontractors on site.
- Supervision of proper execution according to specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Coordination with other trades and senior project management.
- Creation of measurements, documentation, defect management, and support for acceptance.
- Material and tool disposition in coordination with our supply chain team.
- Compliance and enforcement of occupational safety and quality standards on the construction site.
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician with further training as a master or technician, or comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in site management for electrical installations, ideally on large projects.
- Confident reading of wiring diagrams, installation plans, and specifications.
- Sound knowledge of VDE standards and relevant regulations.
- Organizational talent, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in German, English is an advantage.
