About the Role
As a partner to our tradespeople and commercial customers, you will be a source of project ideas, a trusted advisor during implementation, and an expert on our product range. You will understand customer challenges, provide quick and practical solutions, and analyze purchasing behavior to derive the right measures for our commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for tradespeople and commercial customers.
- Understand customer questions and challenges.
- Support the market and customers by maintaining an overview of projects.
- Conduct on-site appointments.
- Serve as a competent contact and idea generator with quick and practical solutions.
- Perform needs analyses, satisfaction surveys, and customer purchase rate analyses.
- Derive measures for commercial customers based on analyses.
Requirements
- Experience as a foreman, forewoman, or master craftsman in the trade, construction industry, self-employment, or general field service is helpful.

Salary/Compensations
- Up to 19.50 Euros per hour (depending on professional experience and federal state)
