Work directly with the founders and take on topics across GTM, hiring and internal processes. This role offers short paths and lots of room to shape things, allowing you to implement your own ideas with a company credit card for immediate action under the "just do it" motto. It serves as a springboard for future career directions.

Requirements
- Strongly analytical and structured.
- Grasps complex topics quickly.
- Proven achievements with numbers (e.g., excellent grades or own projects with measurable results).
- Generalist with drive.
- Takes on topics across GTM, hiring, and internal processes.
- Exhibits ownership and works independently with little guidance.
- Fluent in German.
- First experience in a startup, consulting, VC, or as FA or Chief of Staff (internships count).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation (e.g., n8n, Claude, or Make).
- Finance and analytics skills (e.g., budgets, forecasts, and decision-ready analyses).
- Communicates confidently with founders, clients, and candidates.
- Fluent in English.
- Business school degree (e.g., WHU).
- Own founding experience.
- Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake or Looker Studio.
- First leadership experience.
- Open to a later move into GTM, growth consulting, or sales.
