- Align Marketing with Sales, CSM, and Product on lead definitions, handovers, customer insights, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the marketing team and budget as a hands-on player-coach, focusing on pipeline generation and cost per SQL.
- Direct content and brand strategy, including events and webinars, while the Marketing Specialist handles day-to-day production.
- Grow marketing channels including SEO, GEO, paid advertising, and structured experiments, tracking results against pipeline and ARR.
- Own marketing technology stack (HubSpot, analytics), utilizing automation and AI for lead qualification and sales support.

- Ability to translate company OKRs and enterprise sales goals into a marketing plan with clear pipeline targets.
- Strong storytelling ability with a clear point of view on positioning.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or comparable CRM/CMS), analytics, and AI tools.
- Proficiency in attribution and experimentation.
- Experience in SEO, GEO, performance marketing, and marketing technology is a strong plus.
