About the Role
CSIG is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy, exploring user and industry interactions to create innovative solutions for smart industries via cloud, AI, and network security. This role provides marketing operations and project management support for these initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including guest registration, demo logistics, and venue coordination.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support post-event follow-ups, including data collection, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Provide support in cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
- Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Curious and eager to learn—you ask questions, explore solutions, and seek continuous improvement.
- Highly responsible and proactive—you take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin—strong communication skills are essential.
