- Support the development of new products (0-to-1) and optimize existing ones, including through CRO initiatives.
- Rapid prototyping: Build a functional prototype from an idea using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0, Replit) for testing with clients and users.
- Structure business problems: Assist in deriving hypotheses, priorities, and testable next steps from unclear questions.
- Conduct product and market analyses, presenting findings as clear recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing, both on the client side and internally at A11.
- Participate in workshops and client meetings, taking increasing responsibility for content and presentations.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor KPIs and inform decisions.
Requirements

- Hands-on experience with AI tools for development and prototyping (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0, Replit): You have already turned an idea into a working prototype, for example, in a side project.
- Analytical, structured thinking and enjoyment in breaking down complex problems into testable hypotheses.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn client and stakeholder management: Listen effectively, ask the right questions, and address issues when they arise.
- Basic understanding of data, product analytics, and A/B testing.
- High self-motivation, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
