About the Role
This seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know The Works. You will be at the heart of creating magical shopping experiences, helping customers find the perfect present and uncovering festive treats. You'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every interaction, welcoming customers, starting conversations, and recommending gifts and products from our amazing Christmas ranges.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the store and start conversations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend gifts and products.
- Manage deliveries and seasonal stock.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining shop floor displays.
- Sort, price, and label products.
- Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom.
- Follow planograms for key product areas.
- Create visually appealing displays in non-planogrammed spaces.
- Represent the brand with pride and create a magical Christmas shopping experience.
Requirements
- Physically comfortable managing stairs and heavy stock.
- Ability to work during the holiday season.
- Willingness to get stuck in and stay active.
- Ability to turn your hand to whatever the day brings.
