About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting and coaching motivated teams with your experience and extensive agile methodology knowledge, contributing to the success of IT projects through agile working methods. You will actively shape the daily work environment and coach interdisciplinary development teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Agile Coach / Scrum Master for interdisciplinary development teams.
• Develop the agile mindset within the team and beyond.
• Moderate internal and client workshops and meetings.
• Coach all project stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Leads, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in organizational development.

Requirements

• Experience in supporting self-organized teams.
• Experience in applying agile methodologies, preferably in software development.
• Proficiency in designing and moderating workshops and meetings (remote, hybrid, and in-person).
• Excellent communication skills with demanding clients.
• Quick comprehension and resourcefulness.
• Self-confident demeanor and assertiveness.
• Ability to quickly connect with people and build trust.
• Willingness to travel for workshops in Konstanz or at client sites.
• Very good German language skills (C2 or native speaker).
