About the Role

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality manual tests for the ABOUT YOU Mobile App across the entire customer journey.
Collaborate closely with App Engineers to understand project requirements and contribute to test strategies.
Monitor application quality and contribute to an excellent user experience.
Take ownership of bug reports or tickets from internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing them by business value and ensuring timely resolution.
Contribute to the development and expansion of ABOUT YOU's long-term automated test strategy.
Coordinate app release tasks and conduct regression testing.
Act as a quality ambassador within a cross-functional development team, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvements.
Coordinate test activities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of frontend applications, preferably mobile apps and large-scale projects.
Proficient in manual testing techniques, including exploratory and destructive testing, as well as automated testing.
Familiarity with process and ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence for effective collaboration and organization.
Strong knowledge and experience with testing tools, particularly TestRail, for efficient test management and reporting.
Ability to quickly understand complex technical systems to enable efficient testing and debugging.
Detail-oriented approach to testing with a strong focus on test case design, business value, and software user experience.
Passion for delivering innovative features rapidly while maintaining high reliability standards.
Experience working with agile methodologies and establishing a quality mindset in an agile environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken English.
