About the Role

You are the person who can map, question, and redesign broken processes, then build the fix in Power Platform. You prefer direct client engagement over guessing requirements and communicate clearly to build trust. This role offers growth into a senior consultant with exposure to client leadership and solution design.

Responsibilities

Run discovery with clients, including facilitating workshops and mapping current-state processes.
Redesign processes before automation to improve workflow efficiency.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Integrate solutions with APIs, REST services, and client systems.
Support delivery from discovery through testing, go-live, and support.
Take ownership of workstreams and engagements as you grow.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
Contribute to methods, templates, and reusable assets to improve practice efficiency.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience as a business or systems analyst, process analyst, Power Platform developer, or similar.
Hands-on Power Platform build experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Process mapping experience and interest in process improvement (BPMN or Lean-style thinking is a plus).
Comfort with data, including relational structures, SQL, and system integrations.
Client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience.
Ability to ask probing questions and identify the core problem.
Skill in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
Ability to make sound decisions with unclear direction and know when to seek guidance.
Ownership mentality and commitment to client success.
Openness to feedback and willingness to share learnings.
Proficiency in React or JavaScript for front-end support/troubleshooting.
Experience with Python, .NET, Azure services, or integration platforms like Logic Apps.
Exposure to RPA or agentic AI tools.
