About the Role
We are looking for reinforcement in BIM Management with a special focus on data structures in construction projects. You will connect BIM, data management, and project control.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate BIM and data management topics in construction projects, keeping project goals in view.
- Develop data structures, make them understandable for project teams, and support their application in daily project work.
- Work on facility and reference designation systems, naming conventions, and classifications.
- Analyze technical processes, bring order to complex contexts, and translate them into clear structures.
- Check if data and structures are consistent, understandable, and purposefully built.
- Coordinate with project teams and clients, and communicate technical topics understandably.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in BIM management, BIM overall/specialist coordination, or BIM implementation in companies.
- Familiarity with data management and the development of data structures.
- Experience in BIM projects and project controls.
- Very good German (C2) and good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken.
