About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you will play a key role in leading service delivery across the NNSW region within Serco's Defence Health Services contract. You will work closely with Defence stakeholders, operational teams, and partners to strengthen relationships and improve performance. This role offers a balance of leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight within a collaborative team focused on delivering meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and partners.
- Leading and supporting Operations Coordinators to drive engagement.
- Improving service delivery and regional performance outcomes.
- Overseeing compliance across operations, rostering, and clinical standards.
- Driving positive workplace culture and team collaboration.
- Managing multiple priorities to meet operational deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading teams, including remote or distributed workforces.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with autonomy and confidence.
- Knowledge of operational performance drivers and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience in healthcare, Defence, or complex service environments (desirable).
