About the Role
Fulton Hogan is seeking Crew Members for a hands-on outdoor role at Sydney Airport, maintaining and enhancing airport grounds and infrastructure. This role offers exposure to various work activities, learning opportunities, and career development within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support asphalt preparation and laying activities across multiple sites
- Assist with plant operation, site set-up and general labouring tasks
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
- Work collaboratively with crew members to deliver quality outcomes
- Follow site procedures and safety requirements at all times
- Contribute to daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and team activities
Requirements
- A current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Experience operating construction plant such as rollers, loaders, graders or skid steer (desirable)
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and team values
- Reliability, a strong work ethic and a willingness to get hands-on
- Flexibility to travel, work away from home, and undertake night and weekend work
- A current HR licence and/or plant tickets (desirable, but not essential)
- Pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening
