About the Role
We are seeking an individual to manage our in-house coffee bar and assist with facilities tasks. This role requires a passion for coffee, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, serving as a key point of contact for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages using prior barista experience.
- Set up, pack down, clean, and maintain coffee bar equipment daily.
- Undertake additional facilities roles as needed.
- Manage coffee bar inventory and stock, including unpacking deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and surrounding areas, including dishwashers and laundry.
- Support the Facilities team with overall office and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist with special events, projects, and ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months barista experience.
- Self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
