About the Role
The Beverage Supervisor supports the Venue Manager in supervising daily operations and team members of The Brewery, ensuring high-quality guest experiences. This role is key to major event activations, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance across beverage, gaming, and restaurant areas.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and team members of The Brewery.
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences are delivered.

Requirements
- Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends, public holidays and event days.
- RSA & RCG Competency Card.
- Have full working rights in Australia.
Skills
- Strong beverage knowledge, including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails.
- Hands on, guest focused, and passionate about developing your team.
- Confident leader with excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a pub or similar role is advantageous.
