About the Role
Join our team in helping local homeowners make their homes comfortable, safe, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residential comfort and energy concerns and document useful recommendations for homeowners and the project team.
- Inspect the home and relevant heating, cooling, insulation, and air-sealing conditions.
- Perform diagnostic testing within your qualifications and the company's approved scope.
- Prepare accurate findings and explain recommended next steps.
- Coordinate audit information with sales and installation teams.
Requirements
- Relevant home-energy assessment, building-science, or diagnostic experience.
- Ability to use testing equipment and keep clear, accurate records.
- Relevant BPI or other credentials are helpful.
