Responsibilities
- Help homeowners understand insulation, air sealing, and home-comfort improvements based on the needs of their homes.
- Discuss homeowner concerns and coordinate with the energy-audit team.
- Explain recommended insulation and air-sealing work in clear terms.
- Prepare proposals and follow up on customer questions.
- Coordinate approved projects with the installation team.
Requirements
- Consultative sales, insulation, or home-performance experience.
- Ability to explain findings, scope, and expected project benefits accurately.
- Organized customer follow-up and clear communication.
