About the Role

The Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) will be the driving force behind fitness programs and assigning clients to Personal Trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. This role combines a passion for fitness with exceptional sales skills to assign personal trainers to clientele, meet sales targets, and foster a positive environment focused on transforming people.

Responsibilities

Engage with current or new members daily.
Conduct the CrunchONE Kickoff experience for members.
Assign members to a personal trainer and recommend dotFIT programs to help them achieve their goals.
Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
Assist clients with booking sessions or updating billing information.
Foster a collaborative environment to achieve club goals.
Build the value of assigned trainers as subject matter experts to ensure a smooth and results-driven experience.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
Passion for health and fitness.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.
Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor degree preferred.
