About the Role
This is a founding product manager seat and the second product hire at the company. It is an individual-contributor role with unusually wide surface area, focusing on deciding which derived datasets get built from an enormous indexed corpus and how a self-serve business scales to match a sales-led one.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer requests and determine if the current product already addresses them.
- Define and prioritize derived data products, such as technographics or fraud signals, with the machine-learning team.
- Own the product roadmap from requirements and implementation through launch, adoption, and post-launch feedback.
- Scale the product-led growth motion to achieve parity with the sales-led business.
- Collaborate directly with customers to build agents and internal workflows on the platform.
- Ensure shipped features reach customers and continue to be utilized rather than becoming dormant.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of product management experience as an individual contributor.
- Computer science degree with the technical depth to understand agent-facing and ML-derived products.
- Startup experience and comfort operating in a zero-to-one environment.
- Proven track record of owning a product area end to end and achieving measurable growth.
- Demonstrated ability to be analytical, scrappy, and effective without a large supporting organization.
- Experience with data products, ML-driven features, or product-led growth motions is strongly preferred.
