About the Role
We are seeking a go-to-market strategist to drive the strategy for our core business unit. This role involves becoming the company's foremost expert on our buyers, shaping campaigns, sales strategies, and product prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Develop audience expertise to understand buyer motivations, objections, and effective communication.
- Serve as the strategic 'headlights' for the business unit, guiding demand generation, sales messaging, and product feedback.
- Own the pipeline number for the business unit, ensuring alignment with campaign and field marketing goals.
- Create sales enablement collateral, decks, and messaging to empower Account Executives.
- Act as the primary voice for communicating with the target audience across the organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product marketing, preferably at a high-growth B2B startup.
- Desire to be evaluated on business outcomes and revenue generation.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
- Willingness to engage directly with buyers and gather market insights.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
