About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing at a New York-based social media agency. You will gain industry insights, build a portfolio, and receive mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging social media content.
- Assist with managing and scheduling posts across multiple platforms.
- Support daily social media management tasks for a wide range of clients.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
- Monitor performance analytics and help evaluate campaign results.
- Assist with basic graphic design and editing tasks.
- Film content and be on camera when needed.
- Work closely with team members, communicate clearly, and contribute to group projects.
- Be willing to try new tasks and step out of your comfort zone.
- Learn the many moving parts of agency life from content creation to strategy to project workflows.
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Familiarity with key platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- A creative eye and an understanding of aesthetic and hooking content.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable being on camera for client and agency content.
- Organized, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks.
